Exchange / Returns Policy

As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great experience with us. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away by filling up the Exchange & Return form under the “Returns” tab. Should you wish to exchange or return your item(s), please refer to the guideline below within 5 working days from receiving your order (3 working days for showroom customers) :

 

  1. Fill up the Exchange & Return form under the “Returns” tab.
  2. Submit the form and allow us to authorize your requests and reply you within 24 hours.
  3. We will issue you a Case Number enclosed in the response email.
  4. Kindly print out the case number email and along with the original invoice and deliver the exchange or return goods back to MUSE.
  5. Exchange items should be posted to the following address:
    A1-6-5, Arcoris Business Suites, Jalan Kiara Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
  6. Exchanges or Returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding items.
  7. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

 

Exchange & Return Conditions

 

Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our exchange & return policy:

 

General

 

  • Faulty, incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
  • The exchange Items in its original condition.
  • Items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
  • Orders must be returned within 5 working days from receiving your package (3 working days for showroom customers).
  • Sales/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for exchange.
  • MUSE will issue a credit voucher for all exchanges & returns. Store credits are valid for 90 days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Please take note that we do not provide cash refund and we will provide you a credit voucher in which you may utilize it to purchase other available items.
  • In a rare situation in which we had sent the defect / incorrect item, we will issue full cash refund in the event when the particular item is out of stock and bear the return delivery charges.
  • No processing or administration fee will be incurred; buyer will get the full amount of credit voucher based on the returned item value.
  • Upon the receipt of the exchange item, we will evaluate the item(s). Once complete, we will issue the credit voucher and notify you via email. This process normally takes 7 working days upon receipt of item(s).
  • Every exchange and return process is final and MUSE will not hold responsible for any consecutive Exchanges.
  • Upon dispute, MUSE reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange & return cases.
  • Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by MUSE. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
