If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away by filling up the Exchange & Return form under the “Returns” tab. Should you wish to exchange or return your item(s), please refer to the guideline below within 5 working days from receiving your order (3 working days for showroom customers) :


  1. Fill up the Exchange & Return form under the “Returns” tab.
  2. Submit the form and allow us to authorize your requests and reply you within 24 hours.
  3. We will issue you a Case Number enclosed in the response email.
  4. Kindly print out the case number email and along with the original invoice and deliver the exchange or return goods back to MUSE.
  5. Exchange items should be posted to the following address:
    A1-6-5, Arcoris Business Suites, Jalan Kiara Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
  6. Exchanges or Returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding items.
  7. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
