Malaysia Delivery Charges

 

Free Shipping applies to all orders over RM500 within Malaysia. Standard shipping charges is RM15 per order using our standard shipping method (DHL ECommerce).

Singapore Delivery Charges

 

Free Shipping applies to all orders over RM500 within Singapore. Standard shipping charges is RM45 per order using our standard shipping method (SF EXPRESS).

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

 

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

 

Pre-orders

 

All our listings for pre-order products include an expected delivery date. However in some cases, pre-order products may not meet the initial estimated delivery date. Should this case arise, we will change the expected delivery date upon receiving notice from the supplier.

 

Should you place an order consisting of both a regular and a pre-order product, you will be receiving ONE shipment once all items are available unless specially requested to be delivered seperately.

 

Import Taxes & Duties

 

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.

 

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by MUSE. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
